I Hate Time Warner Cable #2

twc_sucks.jpgI've posted a few times about Time Warner Cable's tendency to tick me off (here and here, for example), and they've gone and done it again.

Today, I got a "delinquent payment" notice. I thought that was kind of odd since I've been in their automatic electronic funds transfer (auto-pay) system for about four years now. So I looked at the past couple of bills and it appears that their auto-payment systems simply forgot to pay my bill due in December. That's despite this message typed in all caps on the bill itself:

THIS STATEMENT WILL BE PAID AUTOMATICALLY VIA ELECTRONIC FUNDS TRANSFER ON THE DUE DATE SHOWN ABOVE. PAYMENTS SCHEDULED ON WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS WILL BE PROCESSED ON THE FIRST BANKING DAY FOLLOWING THE DUE DATE. THANK YOU

So, given that this delinquency notice threatens to shut-off my cable service and assess me a [gulp] $5 fee, I decided to call tonight to see if I could get it straightened out.

8:56 PM -- I call and, after a few minutes in queue, talk to Amanda, who, after asking for my phone number, verifies that auto-pay is indeed active on my account. Unfortunately, Amanda can't actually do anything about my account status, so she informs me that she'll need to transfer me to a "billing specialist" who will take care of things. I get put on hold.

9:32 PM -- Glenda picks up my call and, after asking for my phone number and verifying that things look OK with my account (other than the missing payment), informs me that she will need to contact "Collections," who aren't in this late (I'm shocked). So, she'll email them and then call me back when (if?) she gets a response from that department. At 9:35 PM, I get put on hold again while Glenda types up her email to Collections.

9:45 PM -- Glenda comes back. Apparently, Glenda is a really slow typist, or she had a lot to say to Collections, or she decided to knit her grandson a sweater while I was on hold.

So tomorrow, she'll try to call me back (at my home number, where I won't be) to let me know what the response from Collections is. Then I'll get to call back, wait in another 35-freaking-minute queue most likely, just to find out that things are fine again.

It's just stunning how poorly a profitable business can be operated when it's a monopoly.

Update (2/1/2006): A rep called me back the next day and explained that everything had been sorted out and that they were even refunding my $5.25 late fee. That's terrific...now how about compensating me for the hour of my life I'll never get back that I had to spend sorting out the mess that TWC's own systems caused?

Heh... reminds me of my battle with Comcast a few years back. (Ironically, I am a Comcast customer again).

This is REALLY ironic I stumble over to your post while surfing, & after arguing with DUMCAST Oops! Comcast, now I am a bonofide X-Comcast customer! I'm free! FREE INDEED!

btw, can't wait for Verizon cable and any others to become available in my locality very soon :-). Then, the monster monopoly Comcast will be forced to restore some quality with a reasonble monthy like they first started out or LOSE the market edge. Yay!

you should see how the socialists here in canada do it. each region gets one (1) cable company. the crtc makes sure we get no (0) choice. only a monopoly. and shitty music while on hold......and they wonder why people get pirated satelite disks.

IF YOU THINK THAT AS A CUSTOMER ARE THE ONLY THAH SUFER WHITH THIS COMPANY, YOU MAY ASK TO A SUBCONTRACTORS (CABLE INSTALLERS, THAT TOO OFTEN GETS LESS FOR WHAT THEY DO) WHAT THEY THINK ABOUT THEM....

Time Warner? The whole company is a bunch of idiots. I think I have figured out their scam...they hire the dumbest people in the world and then cry when another company tries to horn in on their monopoly using the excuse " if you allow competition, where will all these dumb people work when we are forced to lay them off?"

I am moving to DSL ASAP. I want Time Warner out of my life!

TW ticked me off big time. I was in the TW bill pay system for over two years when I moved. It took six or seven phone calls over the course of five months to get a refund on overpayments to my account.

The CSR instructed me to send in a bank statement to "prove" that I paid the bills in the first place.
A threat to call the state AG etc. made it happen, but seriously folk - this is ridiculous.

I began subscribing to Netflix, which is a shitty company as well, but Time Warner really does suck. Because I'm receiving DVD's from Netflix, this cable company decided to shut off my Movies In Demand. Now I can't order any movie, not the free ones or extras...nothing. They are such competitive asses with any other company in the same or similiar business. I'm paying over $60 a month for their crappy service and now I can't even watch those movies. You bet this company stinks!!!

Big MONOPOLY Time Warner has done it again. Shutting out every avenue of competition. A friend of mine wants to switch to earthlink. It's a little cheaper cable service though it still uses Time Warner cable lines. He is too far for DSL, so cable is his only option. According to Earthlink he only qualifies for the 8mb premium package which is $90.00. Earthlink says that is the only package Time Warner will allow to re-sell. Now, I have had Earthlink in the past but now have DSL and don't go by the numbers on paper... DSL IS FASTER. After my friends problem, I decided to check my line. Yep, you guessed it, Time Warner shut down earthlink access via cable modem in my area. Time Warner Sucks. They ARE a MONOPOLY and should be put in its place.

TWC sucks a big one!!! HDTV on TWC is not that great IMHO. I mean the quality from TWC is not there, the format is confusing (1080i vs 720p... not only a twc problem). I see compression on most broadcasts. Showtime and Discovery look the best but I'm worried about burn in from 4:3 content and station ID's...

But back to why TWC sucks to me. The $30 installation was screwing in a coax cable to the box. Later, I added another box and paid another $30 installation fee. This got me mad! Cause, my house was fully wired (by TWC) for the previous tenant. They didn't show the extra outlet on their system. That was their excuse and they said a service tech needed to install the box. Talking to CS was like talking in the air. They have no real power and they will make up a million excuses and hide behind some stupid rule. They are evil! I feel that they are so worried about pirates that they charge paying customers extra.

I cannot get cable card acess or a DVI cable box either!! They always want to upsell me on phone service. I wish VZ got this fios going sooner! I wish there was a better option for me today! Cause I've had it with TWC rules and limitations.

I was a Road Runner Customer Service Rep. Not only is TWC idiots to the customers they're complete jackasses to their employees. They don't give us REAL answers to give to you the customers. It's a lot of random bs. i.e. if you can't solve it transfer, or you can't tell them exactly WHAT the issue is even if you know that's its about the bill b/c it says so in the account, you transfer them to another department. And then we get yelled at.
TWC sucks.

so yeah, i love holding for 45 minutes to have someone answer the phone and then accidently hang up on me when he transfers me to the billing department. CAN WE GET SOME OTHER FREAKING CABLE COMPANY?

no....you can`t.... yeah

Maybe.. if you pay your bills on time instead of complaining.... you can get better service. Over 95% of customers are delay with their pymts.

Yeah... I understand your`re really upset for the problems... but yelling and insulting the agent (when is no his/her fault) is not going to resolve the problem... and you can get better answers by being nice. I work for TWC, and I have to stand idiots calling for really stupid reasons every day, and insulting us for their mistakes. It`s hard for both sides.

oh please.. that company sux!

I will not rest until Time Warner cable dies a slow death. What options do we have? I just went to a new cable compnay called Charter Media. i typed in my information and I was forwarded to Time Warner. I will continue my boycott of Time Warner until there is a better solution. I'm not thrilled with Direct TV either, but if i have to use them, i will. Are there any other alternative?

Mike, they've brainwashed you.

I'm sorry Mike, I meant Lyra....

They only let you have one freaking router! Otherwise you gotta sign up with earthlink to have two routers. Now to play Xbox 360 Live I got to disconnect my cable tv, computer's internet, and move the Xbox and TV into a small cramped room. I HATE TIME WARNER CABLE! Oh I don't ever check my email.

I just spoke with a rep at the call center concerning the burglary I had LAST YEAR 2/07 where in which I filed a police report for the cable box and modem stolen from my apartment.

I told the rep that since last FEBRUARY the charges for the stolen items have been taken off and putt back on my account repeatedly. She forgot to put me on hold and actually began making fun of me! I could actually hear the supervisor telling her to just tell me to call at another time.

In my opinion I have called about this matter far too many times and just returned home to another outrageous bill. I faxed the police report to Bernice in Signal Security twice in March and then ACTUALLY went to TWC on 23rd street and had them photocopy the report.

I have used this company for years. I am disgusted at the customer service level at this point. I would like to cancel my service. I would rather pay you the 100 bucks for MY BURGLARY last year that let a receptionist mock me.

I work at TWC and as a cssr we understand why you hate the company. Their are a few things that we know as a company we need to fix:

1. Hold time. we know its out of control TWC just bought 2 new companys and added over 3 million customers and didn't hire anymore csr to answer phones.

2. Service dosen't work. if you have the same problem for over 2 months and we have sent tec more than 3 times I can't be fixed then u as a customer need to move on to another company. I work here and I don't understand why someone would pay for service that never works. Don't call in yelling saying my service has never worked if that's the case U NEED TO MOVE ON TO ANOTHER COMPANY.

We only get 3 types of calls here billing calls, service calls and people that don't know that they need to turn on their cable box on for their cable to work.

All of us here at TWC that answer the phone wish that we could fix all of your problems but we can't do much over the phone all we can do is take payments (witch we now charge $5 for) we can reboot your boxes and modems and that's all we can do over the phone. It the reboot dosent work you need a tec to come to your home. Hope this helps

Time Warner Cable could give a shit about existing customers. Their only concern is expanding th customr base and/or adding services, thus money, to the bill customers pay. It's all about the money. Stockhodlers, shares, profit margins... whether or not your HD channels come in or your email is working is nowhere to be found on the outfit's radar. In fact, the setup is inadequate for troubleshooting and repair.

Fortunately, there is competition cable has NEVER seen before and all of its faults are now seeping to the surface in a big, bubbling, puss-filled mass about to pop and ooze for all to see.

"The fish stinks from the head" someone once said. The company hires idiots to run the show and pay a lower wage and scale for starters. Then these idiots hire and train more idiots and rarely share proper information for customer service representatives (me) to actually help a customer with an issue. It's shady and crooked and YOUR best interests are NOWHERE in the formula.

It's a fine example of this great country and overall Corporate America. Watch the bottom line and fuck all. Meantime, you pay out the nose for lousy service.

TIP: Call TWC and apologize to the man or woman just trying to hold a job that answers and demand their supervisor. Escalate any issue you have to the top even if you have to step on some poor schmuck's toes to do it. If you make enough noise they'll do you right. Otherwise, you may as well stick your head in the oven, it'll do you more good.

my cable went out yesterday and im informed it will take 6 days before a technician will be here.it sucks sucks sucks. i cant switch to another cable service, because my housing project has a contract with time warner.im sick of this. so sick of time warner. im wondering if because of the lawsuit thats involved, that this is happening. hmm.

Alright, being someone that works for TWC, half of your comments are valid, and the other half are just completely asinine. Here's some hints.

1)Asking for a supervisor puts absolutely no fear in our hearts, and 99% of the time, they can't do anything. If you are transferred to "a supervisor", typically it's just another CSR who has been there a month longer. And it's pretty funny how the tone of customers (and the stories) change when they think they have a person of authority on the phone.

2)A technician is hardly ever, ever coming out tomorrow. Most divisions have over 600,000 customers. We don't have an 1:1 ration. You can deal without your cable for four days. You'll probably be credited for time without service. Speaking of credit...

3)You don't get a credit for hold time. Ever. We know how long you've been on hold. Most companies with more than 12 customers have a hold time of longer than 10 minutes. I can't pay my electricity

bill without waiting on hold for at least an hour. Deal with it. You don't get a credit for on demands. They're free. You don't get a credit for inconvenience. (These are the same people who say they don't even use the cable. Comedy.) Missing a channel doesn't get you a credit. Being disconnected doesn't net you a credit. And you're hardly EVER getting a free month of service. Stop trying.

4)As SOON as you say you're going to DirectTV, Comcast, etc. if we don't do something, we seriously tune you out. It is a tactic that fails all of the time. We're not going to beg or bribe you to stay. Our answers aren't going to change.

5)Threatening to sue, call BBB, etc. A lawyer isn't going to take your case about being out of internet for 4 days. And since your bill is probably 2 months past due...I seriously doubt you have a lawyer on retainer.

6)Transferring customers is something we have to do. If your internet isn't working, billing can't help you. We're sorry if it's the 6th time you've been transferred...we can't help. And while you're screaming, we're checking our email. You can't get milk in the condiments aisle, no matter how many previous aisles you've walked down.

7)You set the tone. We understand your frustrations. The majority of us agree and wish there was something that someone can do. TWC is by NO MEANS perfect, or even close. But you don't become a multi-billion corporation (or monopoly...whatever) by not providing a majority of people with quality service. And believe it or not, if you're just civil with us, we'll go above and beyond to help you. And if you're screaming and belligerent , we'll just focus on getting you off of our line.

8)If your internet is out, the moment you say you're losing money because you can't work at home or run your business, we're canceling your residential service and transferring you to business class. Stop being cheap.

9)Deal with a four hour time frame. Sorry somebody can't come out at exactly 5:48pm, but...you know...DRIVING takes time. Especially to push the power button on your tv that you refused to do with the CSR.

I'm addressing the comments by the gutless TWC employee above who seems to lack, in addition to a spine, the critical thought necessary to recognize the violent penetration of his customers' basic rights and their fundamental expectation of goods and services in exchange for money.

"A technician is hardly ever, ever coming out tomorrow. Most divisions have over 600,000 customers. We don't have an 1:1 ration. You can deal without your cable for four days."

Guess what douche bag...regardless of how overwhelmed your mountain of superiors may be, your prices never budge an inch in our favor. The consumer pays no matter how busy you may become with being useless, or how much your company's stock climbs or tumbles. If I'm paying $140 a month for cable, internet and phone, I expect it to work at all times. It's called ACCOUNTABILITY!!! We don't need self-righteous pricks like yourself to point out the obvious shortcomings of the Time Warner monopoly.

"You don't become a multi-billion corporation (or monopoly...whatever) by not providing a majority of people with quality service."

When I think of the phrase "quality service," I typically expect service that comes in less than ten days. Also, these "credits" that you provide are meaningless as the true value of our service is only a fraction of the cost, buried under a pile of nonsensical and unjustified fees. For instance...back in the fall I was without cable for nearly a week. The credit that TWC put toward my account came to roughly four dollars.

Also, you don't become a "multi-billion dollar corporation (or monopoly...whatever)" by providing quality service, you do it through immoral, underhanded business dealings, such as dividing one service across three companies into three regions of the country. I don't know if you've realized, but Time Warner, Comcast and Optimum do not compete in the same regions of the United States.

Your company is a shimmering beacon of corporate greed and negligence. In fact, I will say that the company represents nothing more than sheer arrogance. TWC has expanded beyond its capability to provide the service for which it exists. To charge an entire village for a slice of bread from a loaf that can only feed a few is criminal, and it is high time that Time Warner Cable, Optimum, Comcast and their cohort of thieving, creepy, depraved CEO's are brought before Congress. Come suck the proverbial dick Glenn Britt!

Andrew, you may have just posted my favorite comment in a very, very long time. Well done, sir! :-)

Gutless? Really?

Andrew, I'm positive that you mean well, even if your thoughts range from asinine to...well, asinine.

First of all, nothing on the planet works at all times. Cars break down. Appliances fail. So to have completely unreasonable expectations at the start is pretty much setting yourself up for failure. What you can expect...REASONABLY expect, mind you...is for your service to work, and for somebody to correct the problem if it doesn't. The company does that. And it does this at no additional charge to you. And in most cases, refunds you for the time without service.

I would compare it to financing a car. If the car breaks down, you still have to pay for that month you're using the car. Not only that, but their mechanics will charge you for fixing it. I'm pretty sure you don't consider Toyota the bad guys, though.

I'm fairly sure that you were credited four dollars because the time you were out of service added up to...wait for it...four dollars. I know people such as yourself would like to believe that a cable outage is the same as winning the mini lottery, but it's not. "True value" notwithstanding.

The bottom line simply is this, Andrew...the services are not a necessity. You are well within your rights to decline the service. However, if you do want the service (and let's not act like a gun is being forced to your head), these are the prices you need to pay for them.

I am the cinci rep who posted the prev comment. I stand behind what I said completely, and yes, the company is money-minded and greedy, and the new president, Kevin Kidd, is an asshole on so many levels......However, I felt the need to say this. With 9/11 approaching, why don't we take a different stance? Corporate America sucks, and is leading us all into welfare unless you are Bill Gates or Oprah Winfrey. Fuck these assholes at TWC and other corporate company. The allmight $ is all that matters. I refuse to be that way. I will wait tables, or any other "low class" job to get me away from the shit you put up with if you work for one of these companies. Our country was built on the shoulders of heros. My son is now one of them. Who can forget Matt Maupin in Cincinnati, or the 3000 plus who have given their lives for our country. Let these assholes live their lives in upper crust society. God does not care about that when you stand before Him. He cares how you lived your life and what you did. Period. These greed mongers will get theirs in the end. Let's try to love one another on a human level, help each other out in times of need, and go back to a time when friends and neighbors meant something. Kevin Kidd and other greedy assholes will never understand this. But the rest of us can... Please. Be with me here. We can make a difference. Say No to corporate America. Support the smaller companies. Work for them, if you can. Free yourself from the rat race, folks. It's not worth it!Find a better way to live!! And then we can leave these companies to their own self destruction. Think about it. Peace.

I just wanted to bitch about Time Warner but after reading all the comments there is so much more to say. First- Time Warner sucks. I was suckered into the bundle and have had no phone, no cable,or internet in intervals. My newest whine is the billing. Today, 10-13-08. I was informed that my July payment was not processed correctly and there is a $25 fee. It was my fault because I did not verify the payment against my bank statement.(who does that?)
To Melanaie- excuses, excuses, excuses and what is that comment about waiting tables and "low class" jobs? You elitist pig. You are low class for not standing up for what is right when you had your job with "the assholes".

100%agree with you guys... i cant belive this... this people sucks... last more then 3 weeks i'm expecting time warner cable bills but every time i called them they tell me some subbish answer... i dont know what to do... this people sucks big time...

in last three weeks i waste 11 hours with this assholes...

Okay, that just cracks me up. You got "suckered" into a bundle price? When you people say that, it just cracks me up. I HAVE to laugh. No one held a gun to your head and forced you to sign up for anything. How about learning to read the small print? Do you sign away on anything placed in front of you? Take some time, learn what you're actually getting into, THEN maybe sign the dotted line. Otherwise, quit pointing the finger for YOUR screw-up.

ROFL! This is just too funny. I can't believe all the whining about TWC as if they're the only business that operates this way. EVERY cable company is the ONLY one in their area. EVERY land line phone company is the ONLY one in their area. EVERY electric company is the ONLY one in their area. There are limited choices with phone and electric where I'm at but you're still going through the electric company and paying them. The phone company is still the only choice unless you go to TWC and use their cable modem for phone service. Time Warner is the ONLY cable company in my area but we could CHOSE satellite if we didn't like it. Therefore it's not a monopoly. However, my husband has worked for years in both industries and the satellite companies make you sign a two year contract, charge more for less, and if there's a problem, even one WITH the satellite or their service, YOU pay for it. No ifs, ands, or buts. At least with TW, you don't pay for it if it's their equipment or service that fails. And they do refund for lost service but not for an hour of lost service. It has to be over a set amount of time.

Me, I've rarely had issue with the cable or Internet or phone. Maybe I'm lucky because I live in the #1 region for quality in the U.S. with Time Warner. However, I have heard my husband tell me about the ridiculously whiny people he has to deal with and the stuff they get for free for their tantrums...and they get A LOT! I also know that cable customers are on the steady increase and phone service has taken off like a banchee.

Time Warner is going nowhere. Comcast, Cox, Charter...all them are going nowhere. None of them are a monopoly. You do have a choice. There's even FREE off-air HDTV if you don't want cable or satellite. Life doesn't require 900 channels but if this is all you've got to bitch about, it seems you're wasting valuable time and energy making yourselves miserable. So you've created what you most hate.

Worst cable company on the face of the planet!! If it wasnt for my apartments forcing me to go with them for service I would have cancelled a long time ago!! I will be moving apartments just to get away from TWC. Someone has to put a stop to this

Hey Another TWC employee,

Let's learn how to spell "choose" before we rip everyone else.

Once again proving our points. Only retards who never graduated college and have no intelligence whatsoever work for a cable company. Hope the $30K a year you pull in makes you happy.

Loser......

Uh..dumbass...jsr0024..

Just re-stumbled across this page for the first time in a year, so I PRAY you're still around to read this.

"Another TWC Employee" never put the word "choose" into his post. That would have been ANGIE.

lol..stupid prick. So, you try to insult me, but in the process...you can't even read YOURSELF...and end up insulting well..yourself. Classic.

Here's the funny thing: even though I work at TWC, I'm 99.999% positive that I'm smarter than you. I'm not even just positive, it's a fact. Let's put it this way, yes, there are stupid people at EVERY job you work for, so yes there are some agents who answer the phone who aren't the brightest bulb in the pack.

........but we get the cream of the crop as far as moron customers. A bunch of morons who are so technically sophisticated that they have to call a "bunch of uneducated retards" to help fix THEIR problems.

Think about that and let it stew for a while, alright?

You think that all agents are retarded, uneducated losers who only pull in 30,000 a year.....yet, you......who I'm assuming by your completely unwarranted arrogance, pulls in more..........need to call a "retard" to help fix YOUR problems? What does that say about you?

Oh, and for the record, I have a family member who has Down Syndrome, that I helped raise. So the word retard and your use of it is somewhat offensive to me. But I'm sure you don't care, right? You're a piece of shit who pulls in thirty TWO thousand a year, and turn your nose down to the "lesser folk", yeah?

Yeah, go fuck yourself, asshole.

YOU are the fucking loser.

ok what i cant get over is TWC assumes that all their customers are lower class and have past due bills... well guess what im neither and i get treated like crap when i call, even when im nice and polite. i just got a bill for over 50 dollars more, ok let me change that my paper bill says 175 my ONLINE bill says 230 and change. ive had bundled service since i bought this house in sept 09 and never changed a thing. my husband called the other day to see if we could get a better deal and nothing was changed because it was only a 5 dollar difference (lower) so i go to pay my bill online tonight and see 230 so i contact online chat and they said i ordered something and my bills are now going to be 242 a month and it was prorated and im like WTF without actually saying it because as much as i would really like to cuss one of them out and punch them i dont do it you get more bees with honey.. so they said a supervisor would have to contact me in the next 48 hours, i tried to sign in online and SEE my bill to see what has changed but it kept taking me around in circles telling me to sign in under my non express bill pay account so i do this, and it tells me my password is wrong, so i enter my favorite movie and this is wrong.. and after a few times im locked out now so i cant view my bill online to see the changes. my blood is boiling because its like 90 degrees outside and im not heat tolerant and im not stupid tolerant either.. so now i can only imagine what dumb thing the so called supervisor is going to tell me and im going to cancel because im not home to watch tv anyway, my phone is for my fax and i can switch my internet over to my att account which is who i have my cellphone from. im switching to att in august anyways they are putting a new box in my area i am told so that i can get uverse tv but it wont be available until the end of august so i have to hold on just a bit longer. customer service is so much better through them and dishnetwork... i had dish network and direct tv for years and i never had any problems with them. i bought this house and because i have too many trees on my property i have to cut 2 down so i can get satellite, depending on what cable tells me about my bill and how much of a hassle i will go around with them, i may just go ahead and pay to have the trees cut down. sometimes better customer service speaks millions about a company. i can tell that TWC employees seem to have better things to do and they hire any joe schmoe off the street, kinda like the attitude you get from kids at fast food restaurants... ive only had one good customer service rep through TWC, a few months ago. other then that i can tell the customer is NOT important.. the money is...

your sort of potty mouth just goes to show the intellegence level at TWC... nice.. and this is how the customer knows that TWC employees could care less about the person on the other end of the phone.

Hey, one of the TWC reps, could you tell me how long it normally takes for you guys to process a payment when we do it over the phone? Or do you do it every 2 weeks? Tried to find out over the phone but the service rep had no idea, and I couldn't sit on hold any longer. The reason I'm wondering is cause it didn't show up pending or processed for 2 weeks in my bank account, so instead of getting late fees or disconnection of service, I just pulled the cash and paid the bill. The day after I paid it, the payment I had used my bank card for finally went through, so I ended up double paying. Now, I'm trying to find out just why the payment took so long to process? And if it would be possible (or you would just laugh) to get one of the payments back. The reason being is that I actually needed that other 130 bucks to pay another bill cause I am one of those "asinine loser slobs" you seem to hate so much, but whose monthly payments go to pay a part of your check. Sorry for being a living pile of shit to you, but an answer to why it took so long for the process to go through would be appreciated. Really needed that cash from the double payment to pay another bill.

And yeah I'm the one who displays proper capitalization and puncuation. Yep, you sure got me there. You're damn right TWC doesn't care about you. And neither do the employees there. You wouldn't last ONE HOUR in the job when dealing with idiots such as yourself.
