Broadband over Power Lines (BPL) Getting Closer

Are you aware that Broadband over Power Lines will severely impact the ability of Amateur Radio operators to conduct disaster communications on the HF bands?

Its the Hams that do most of the comm during disasters and potentially, terrorist acts. It will have grave repercussions on National Security.
